Getting there
Central, on the Jialing riverfront near Jiefangbei. A walk down a lot of steps, or a taxi to the lower entrance. Leaving upward is the workout.
Staying nearby
Sleep nearby if you want the lights, and accept the crowd outside. A hotel across the river is the view without the noise. Either is a choice. The building itself is not a hotel you need.
