Tiger Hill

Yunyan Pagoda leans. The hill around it is a short scenic walk, not a hike. It is the Suzhou sight that does not feel like another courtyard.

The lean is the photograph and it is real. The rest is a pleasant hill with a famous story attached.

Combine it with one garden, not with two gardens and a canal night.

Getting there

Northwest of the center. Metro plus a walk, or a taxi. It is the one to do when you want out of the canal streets for an hour.

Stay central. The hill is a half day at most, including the ride. The area at the gate is parking and lunch, not a base.
