What the agreement covers
Ordinary passports are in the mutual-exemption table. The Foreign Ministry’s note on these agreements says a stay is generally under 30 days, not an open residence. Work, study, and settling are outside it.
Carry the ordinary passport. If the document is temporary or an emergency issue, read the agreement before you rely on it. An officer can ask for the ticket and the hotel.
Fill the arrival card before you fly. It is free. A site that charges for it is not the official form.
If you need longer
A stay past the agreement, or a purpose it does not name, uses the visa application.
